Keith SharpDr Keith Sharp is currently Head of Academic and Quality Assurance at BIBF.  Prior to this, he held senior positions in a number of British universities including Dean and Associate Pro Vice Chancellor at the University of Gloucestershire and, most recently, Director of International Programmes at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

He has extensive experience of quality assurance in higher education, having served with the Quality Assurance Agency in the UK as a subject specialist reviewer and institutional auditor.

Dr. Sharp holds degrees from the London School of Economics and Political Science and the University of Edinburgh, and remains active in teaching and research in the field of sociology.

John FloreyJohn Florey is one of the founding Directors of London Educational Services.  He has over twenty years experience in the education sector, having structured new ventures in Azerbaijan, China, Cyprus, Malaysia, Russia, Slovenia and Singapore, as well as new business development and property assessment & acquisition for educational use in the UK. He has held a number of consultancy positions with examining bodies, schools, colleges and universities advising on and implementing both inbound & outbound international strategy.

John holds degrees in Law, Land Economy and an MBA from the University of London, the University of Cambridge and Imperial College of Science, Technology & Medicine respectively, as well as being awarded an Honorary Doctorate from MIRBIS-Moscow Business School for services to Anglo-Russian Relations.

MarkWoodcockMark Woodcock comes with 15 years experience in international education development, working with FTSE100 companies and the public sector in Europe, Eurasia and Africa, where his specialism is in applied learning, tech-enabled solutions and vocational Higher Education and connecting international businesses with academic expertise. He particularly enjoys working in the following areas: Market entry strategy,Innovation and development,SME strategic advice and business growth,Government advice on reforms,Non-executive directorship,Curriculum design and development,SME investment and integration, Strategic partnership development

Mark is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and holds a BA in Philosophy from Lancaster University, an MA in Applied Ethics from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, as well as an Executive MBA from Cass Business School. His doctoral research at UCL’s Institute of Education focuses on degree apprenticeships and company designed qualifications.

He is fluent in business French and Spanish.

EricPereiraEric Pereira, Founder and Managing Partner of the Stamford Group, brings over 40 years of professional experience as a corporate executive and adviser to leaders in government, business and education.

Eric was the Chairman and CEO of the Stamford College Group, the largest “for-profit” educational group in South East Asia, from 1980-1995, which was listed on the Malaysian Stock Exchange.  He was responsible for building the family educational company from a three campus entity into an educational group that comprised 27,000 students in 9 campuses throughout Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. In addition to serving as a Director and Board member of European and American consulting firms, Eric has served as a member of the Business Roundtable of the National Home Study Council in Washington D.C. and was a member of the Accreditation Council of the American Hotel and Lodging Association (AHLA).

Eric is a trained Chartered Accountant and is active in several Foundations and Trusts.


JohnDaltonJohn Dalton
is a recognised authority on Reputation Management and the related disciplines of  Crisis & Issue Management. Through the 1990s, John expanded and took London School of Public Relations to over 17 global franchises including; Slovenia, Croatia, Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Turkey, India, Syria, Russia, Belorussia, Georgia, Czech Republic, Malaysia, Poland and Latvia.

John has taught Reputation Management and related disciplines in over 30 countries. He is also the author of many books and articles and an adviser to multinational companies, NGOs and foreign governments.

In 2012 John became Director of the Centre for Issue and Crisis Management, which acts as both a think tank and an advisory service to public institutions and multinational corporations for identifying global risks that may effect their brands.

John holds a degree in Biology from Queen Mary, is a Chartered Biologist and a Fellow of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning,.

John SandersDr John Sanders is a senior management professional and business developer with a sustained record of achievement in education, training and executive coaching.

​Recent roles have been as managing director and principal of an international education foundation; as a management consultant liaising with governmental bodies and independent academies; international business development director for a leading independent college and as Pro Vice-Chancellor for a large private university in East Africa.

His business development initiatives have included the establishment of operations in China, Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia and India. John’s consultancy experience includes acting as a growth coach – helping ambitious businesses achieve rapid and sustainable growth by providing tailored, expert advice and as a risk/reward analyst on specialist educational projects.

He also has a proven record across a range of business/education functions at operational and strategic levels and extensive knowledge of quality assurance systems and the implementation of effective governance structures.

Sanam SinghSanam Singh is an Advocate in India and a registered Solicitor in England & Wales, she brings over 15 years of global experience, having worked at leading law firms in the UAE, advising global firms operating out of the MENA, LEVANT, and South Asia regions.

She is known for her keen understanding of the clients’ need for an ethical legal solution and excels in working closely with senior management, leveraging her multi-industry global experience combined with her background, having worked in both private practice as well as in-house.

Sanam has helped manage and structure several major domestic and international transactions covering M&A’s JV’s, and advisory for project finance, communications, media and technology. Sanam is known for her work on a wide range of successful outsourcing and technology arrangements and commercial contracts, including FIDIC and MF1 & MF4.

Sanam holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Oxford and a  Masters in Law from the University of Buckingham, she is based in Delhi and is an Associate Partner with Orbit Law.
